Ingredients

1 cup warm milk

2 tbsp sugar

2 1/4 tsp yeast

1 egg

1/4 cup butter

1 tsp salt

1/3 cup pesto

2 garlic cloves

2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

1. Mix milk, sugar, and yeast

2. Add egg, butter, salt, flour

3. Knead and let rise

4. Shape into shamrocks

5. Add pesto filling

6. Rise again

7. Bake until golden
