Soft shamrock-shaped rolls filled with garlic pesto, fluffy and flavorful.
Ingredients
Scale
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1 egg
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup pesto
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Mix milk, sugar, and yeast
2. Add egg, butter, salt, flour
3. Knead and let rise
4. Shape into shamrocks
5. Add pesto filling
6. Rise again
7. Bake until golden
Notes
Use dairy-free substitutes if needed
Adjust garlic to taste
Do not overbake
