Ingredients
Scale
2 cups water
1 cup milk
2 tsp black tea
1-inch ginger
3–4 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
2–3 cloves
1–2 tsp sugar
Instructions
1. Boil water with spices
2. Add tea and simmer
3. Add milk and sweetener
4. Strain and serve
Notes
Use plant-based milk if needed
