1 tablespoon psyllium husk
1 cup water
½ lemon juice (optional)
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Pour water into a glass
2. Add psyllium husk and stir quickly
3. Add optional flavor ingredients
4. Drink immediately
5. Follow with extra water
