Ingredients
1 package pink gelatin mix
1 cup hot water
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
1/2 cup fresh strawberries or raspberries (optional)
Instructions
1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water
2. Add cold water and mix well
3. Stir in yogurt and fruit if using
4. Pour into molds or cups
5. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours until set

Use sugar-free gelatin for fewer calories
Let mixture cool before adding yogurt
