A healthy panna cotta recipe that is light, creamy, and perfect for weight loss.
Ingredients
Scale
2 cups low-fat milk
1/2 cup light cream or Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons gelatin
2–3 tablespoons honey or sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Bloom gelatin in cold water
2. Heat milk and cream gently
3. Add sweetener and vanilla
4. Stir in gelatin until smooth
5. Pour into molds and chill 3-4 hours
6. Serve with fresh fruit
Notes
Use Greek yogurt for more protein
Do not boil the milk
Chill completely before serving
