Ingredients
2 cups filtered water
1 green tea bag
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
Instructions
1. Brew the green tea for 3 to 5 minutes
2. Allow the tea to cool slightly
3. Add lemon juice apple cider vinegar ginger and cinnamon
4. Stir in chia seeds thoroughly
5. Let the mixture sit for 5 to 10 minutes
6. Blend optional ingredients if desired
