Ingredients
½–1 tsp matcha powder
¼–½ cup fresh juice (apple or citrus)
2–3 tbsp water
½ tsp ginger (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Pinch of turmeric (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
1. Whisk matcha with warm water until smooth
2. Add fresh juice and mix well
3. Add optional ginger, lemon, or turmeric
4. Shake or stir until combined
5. Serve immediately as a shot
