1–2 cups water (warm or room temperature)
1–2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
1. Pour 1–2 cups of water into a glass
2. Add 1–2 teaspoons of inositol powder
3. Stir well until completely dissolved
4. Add lemon juice or sweetener if desired
