Ingredients
1 packet unflavored gelatin (Knox)
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup hot water
Instructions
1. Pour cold water into a bowl and sprinkle gelatin evenly on top
2. Let gelatin bloom for 5 minutes until softened
3. Add hot water and stir until completely dissolved
4. Use immediately or pour into molds
5. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours until set
Notes
Do not boil gelatin after dissolving
Adjust liquid ratio for softer or firmer texture
Can substitute with agar-agar for plant-based option
