Ingredients
1 tsp unflavored gelatin powder
2 tbsp cold water
1 cup warm water or herbal tea
1–2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
1 tsp honey or natural sweetener (optional)
Instructions
1. Add gelatin to cold water and let bloom for 1–2 minutes
2. Pour warm water or tea and stir until dissolved
3. Add lemon juice or sweetener if desired
4. Serve warm or let slightly thicken before consuming
