Light, refreshing gelatin recipe for weight loss made with natural ingredients and low calories.
Ingredients
Scale
1 tbsp gelatin powder
1 cup cold water
1 cup hot water or juice
1 cup natural fruit juice
1–2 tsp honey optional
Instructions
1. Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes
2. Heat liquid until warm not boiling
3. Stir gelatin into warm liquid until dissolved
4. Add juice and sweetener
5. Pour into molds
6. Refrigerate 2-4 hours until set

Avoid boiling liquid
