Ingredients
1 glass warm water
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
1 teaspoon honey
Pinch of cayenne pepper or grated ginger

Optional: cucumber slices
Instructions
1. Warm the water until it is lukewarm, not boiling
2. Add the fresh lemon juice to the water
3. Stir in the honey until fully dissolved
4. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or ginger
5. Mix well and drink immediately
6. For detox version: add lemon slices, mint, and cucumber to cold water and let infuse for 10–15 minutes before serving
