Ingredients

1–2 tsp dried dandelion root or leaves
2 cups water
Optional: honey, lemon, ginger, cinnamon
Instructions
1. Boil water
2. Add dandelion root or leaves
3. Simmer 5–10 minutes
4. Steep 5 more minutes
5. Strain and serve
6. Add optional flavorings
