Description
A fun and festive no-bake Strawberry Shortcake Easter Egg made with creamy filling and white chocolate shell.
Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate
2 cups crushed golden cookies
1 packet strawberry gelatin or 2 tbsp strawberry powder
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Melt white chocolate until smooth
2. Coat silicone egg molds and chill until hardened
3. Mix crushed cookies, strawberry flavor, cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla
4. Fill chocolate shells with mixture
5. Seal with melted chocolate and chill until firm
6. Remove from molds and serve
Notes
Use freeze-dried strawberry powder for natural flavor
Chill between steps for best results
