Description

Strawberry Cookie Boats are soft buttery cookies filled with creamy mixture and topped with fresh strawberries for a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsalted butter

3/4 cup sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

200g cream cheese

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup whipped cream

1 1/2 cups strawberries


Instructions

1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy

2. Add egg and vanilla and mix well

3. Combine dry ingredients and mix into dough

4. Shape dough into boat forms

5. Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes

6. Cool completely

7. Prepare cream filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and whipped cream

8. Fill cookies with cream

9. Top with strawberries

10. Optional glaze on top

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for best results

Do not overbake cookies
