A quick and easy Spinach And Feta Flatbread Pizza with crispy base, creamy cheese, and fresh spinach.
Ingredients
2 flatbreads
3 cups fresh spinach
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
2. Sauté garlic in olive oil
3. Add spinach and cook until wilted
4. Place spinach on flatbread
5. Add feta and mozzarella
6. Bake 10–12 minutes
7. Slice and serve
Notes
Use whole wheat flatbread for healthier option
Drain spinach well to avoid sogginess
Add chicken or mushrooms for protein
