Ingredients
500g ground beef
1 small onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup diced tomatoes drained
1–2 jalapeños optional
1.5 cups shredded cheese
12–15 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned
2. Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes and simmer
3. Mix in shredded cheese
4. Place filling in wrappers and roll tightly
5. Fry bake or air fry until golden and crispy
6. Serve hot with dipping sauce
