A fresh and amazing lemon cobbler with a buttery crust and tangy citrus filling that forms magically while baking.
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
21 oz lemon pie filling
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and melt butter in baking dish
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
3. Add milk and vanilla to form batter
4. Pour batter over melted butter without stirring
5. Spoon lemon filling evenly on top
6. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden
7. Cool slightly before serving
Notes
Do not mix layers
Use fresh zest for better flavor
