Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp jerk seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 cups pineapple diced
1/4 cup red onion
1 bell pepper
1 lime juiced
2 tbsp cilantro
2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken with seasoning and oil
2. Cook chicken until fully done
3. Prepare pineapple salsa by mixing ingredients
4. Cook rice and fluff
5. Assemble bowl with rice, chicken, salsa, and toppings

Use mild seasoning for less spice
