A smooth and rich Italian-style pistachio cream spread made with pistachios, milk, and white chocolate—perfect for desserts and breakfast.
Ingredients
1 cup shelled pistachios
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
100 g white chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Blanch and peel pistachios, then dry them completely
2. Blend pistachios into a smooth paste
3. Heat milk, sugar, and white chocolate until melted
4. Mix pistachio paste with the milk mixture
5. Blend again until smooth and creamy
6. Add butter, vanilla, and salt, then blend
7. Cool and store in a jar
Notes
Use peeled pistachios for best texture
Adjust sweetness to taste
Store in fridge up to 2 weeks
