Festive Easter Bunny Crescent Bites with creamy spinach-artichoke filling in flaky pastry cups.
Ingredients
2 cans crescent roll dough
1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
1 cup spinach (thawed, drained)
1/4 cup diced onion
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic
Salt
Fresh herbs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare pans
2. Roll out dough and cut circles
3. Press into muffin tin and shape bunny ears
4. Bake cups and ears until golden
5. Press centers to form cups
6. Mix filling ingredients
7. Fill cups and add bunny ears
8. Garnish and serve
Notes
Drain spinach well
Use Greek yogurt for lighter option
