Description

Crispy Fried Burrata with a golden crust and creamy center, served with a bold spicy tomato sauce.


Ingredients

Scale

24 burrata cheese balls

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Oil for frying

Salt and pepper

1 cup tomato sauce

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon chili flakes

1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

1. Chill burrata in freezer for 10–15 minutes

2. Prepare flour, egg, and breadcrumb coating stations

3. Coat burrata in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs

4. Heat oil to medium heat

5. Fry burrata until golden and crispy

6. Remove and drain on paper towels

7. Prepare sauce by sautéing garlic and adding tomato sauce and chili flakes

8. Simmer and finish with lemon juice

9. Serve hot with sauce and garnish

Notes

Use panko for extra crunch

Double coat for crispier texture
