Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tsp cotton candy flavoring
1 cup whipped topping
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
Oil for frying or baking option
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy
2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cotton candy flavoring, then mix well
3. Fold in whipped topping gently until fluffy
4. Scoop and roll into small balls
5. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm
6. Roll in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs
7. Fry until golden brown or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes
8. Serve warm and enjoy
