Description
Easy cinnamon sugar baked peaches are a warm, simple dessert made with fresh peaches, cinnamon, sugar, and butter.
Ingredients
4 fresh peaches, halved and pitted
2–3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
2. Slice peaches and remove pits
3. Place peaches cut-side up in baking dish
4. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over peaches
5. Add butter on top of each peach
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until tender
7. Serve warm
Notes
Use ripe but firm peaches
Substitute sugar with honey or maple syrup if desired
