Ingredients
6 large eggs
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
1. Boil eggs for 9–10 minutes, cool, peel
2. Melt butter and sauté garlic
3. Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, chili flakes
4. Stir in lemon juice
5. Add eggs and coat evenly
6. Garnish with parsley and serve
Notes
Use olive oil instead of butter for lighter version
Adjust spice level to taste
