Description
Soft and buttery bunny-shaped cookies topped with creamy buttercream frosting. Perfect for spring and festive occasions.
Ingredients
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup butter (frosting)
3–4 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2–3 tbsp milk
Food coloring
Instructions
1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
2. Add egg and vanilla extract
3. Mix dry ingredients and combine
4. Chill dough for 30 minutes
5. Roll and cut into bunny shapes
6. Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes
7. Cool completely
8. Prepare buttercream frosting
9. Decorate cookies
Notes
Chill dough to prevent spreading
Use gel food coloring for best results
