Ingredients
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup toffee bits
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets
2. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt
3. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy
4. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well
5. Combine dry and wet ingredients
6. Fold in toffee bits
7. Scoop and roll dough into balls
8. Bake for 9–11 minutes
9. Cool and serve
