Description
Soft and fluffy banana cinnamon rolls twist with a sweet cinnamon filling and optional glaze.
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 ripe bananas mashed
3/4 cup warm milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Mix warm milk and yeast
2. Add bananas sugar butter egg and flour
3. Knead dough until smooth
4. Let rise until doubled
5. Roll dough and add filling
6. Cut and twist strips
7. Let rise again
8. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes
9. Add glaze and serve
Notes
Use ripe bananas
Do not overbake
Substitute milk and butter if needed
