Ingredients
4 mahi mahi fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Lightly grease a baking dish and place mahi mahi fillets inside.
3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
4. Pour the mixture evenly over the fish fillets.
5. Top each fillet with lemon slices.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
7. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
Do not overcook the fish to keep it tender and moist.
You can substitute mahi mahi with cod, halibut, or tilapia.
Serve with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
