A rich and creamy Almond Joy Cheesecake Dessert with chocolate, coconut, and crunchy almonds.
Ingredients
2 cups crushed cookies
1/2 cup melted butter
3 packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup melted chocolate
Instructions
1. Prepare crust and bake 10 minutes
2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla
3. Fold in coconut, chocolate, almonds
4. Pour into crust
5. Bake 50–60 minutes
6. Cool and chill 4 hours
7. Top with chocolate and almonds
Notes
Use room temp cream cheese
Do not overmix
Chill overnight for best texture
